For the last 5 years, I have researched, developed and managed a team that handles businesses, especially on long-term development. Our work was to understand the business environment and create lasting development plans. So far, we are working with over 20 businesses to help them grow in several areas, such as digital marketing, integrated communication and business strategy formulation.

In the last 5 years, I have helped businesses and projects see their activities as far as 10 years. Using a progressive self-generated long-term model, my team has helped over 6 organisations, and several projects plan ahead. The strategy involves business/project set-up, customer consolidation, expansions, enlisting and merging.

Market Analytics and Forecasting

I have 8 years of active involvement in markets and market analysis. From B2B to B2C and experiential marketing, my involvement focuses on end-to-end customer engagement. Imagine IMC LTD trained me on below-the-line marketing, while BeyondRanks Marketing Solutions exposed me to above-the-line marketing, digital marketing to be precise. Marketing data gathering, analysis and utilization are some of my core competencies.

Search Engine Optimization and Content Development

For the last 4 years, I have had tangible experience in digital marketing, with a special focus on SEO. My strength lies in keyword optimization, guest blogging, content development and management. On Content development, my expertise lies in content design, rewriting, editing and moderation.

Talent Development and Management

In my professional life, my approach towards talent management has been participatory. I picked this trait from my stint as the Vice President of Talent Management and have used it for the last 10 years. Key competencies in this skill pipeline management, talent pooling, experience management, and reward and recognition.
